Doosan Enerbility utilized AI solvers to rapidly generate 3D simulations for new designs, leveraging simulation data to explore broader design spaces. By integrating these insights into an AI-driven ROM with SolverX, they accurately predict impeller stress across a wide range of operating conditions—including thermal loads, varying RPM, and pressure. As a result, Doosan Enerbility successfully accelerated its impeller development process by employing AI technology that operates more than 1000 times faster than traditional methods.

With SolverX’s SolveAI, we were able to quickly validate robust predictive results for a variety of automotive part geometries. This significantly helped accelerate our engineering process.
